What exactly am I paying for each month?
A flat monthly investment for your level: R2,700 for Foundation Partner, R8,500 for Growth Partner, or R22,000 for Momentum Partner. You are paying for a technology department that is always looking after your business, not a bucket of hours or a fixed number of tickets. Each month we review what matters most for your business and work through it together, so the value shows up as real progress, not a timesheet.
Is there a limit on what I can ask for?
We keep things reasonable on both sides. Work is scoped as a rolling set of priorities appropriate to your partnership level, rather than unlimited requests. If your business is growing faster than your current level supports, that is usually a good sign, and it just means it is time to talk about moving up a level.
What happens if I outgrow my current level?
That is exactly how this is meant to work. Most businesses start at Foundation or Growth and move up naturally as they need more. There is no penalty for growing. We will simply have that conversation with you when the time comes.
Can I still get a one-off project instead?
Yes. Some businesses need a single project rather than an ongoing partnership, and we are happy to scope and price that separately. Most clients end up staying on afterwards once they see the value of having someone permanently looking after their technology.
How is this different from hiring an IT person?
